FILE SUBMISSION

Check the required documents to start the process.

PROFILE EVALUATION

Your file is evaluated. Once approved, you can pay the enrollment fees.

PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION

You can do this evaluation in parallel with the essay. This is sent to your email.

ESSAY WRITING

You will access a platform to write an essay. This must include your reasons to apply to the master's program.

05

INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR

A personal interview with the director of master's or doctoral program takes place once the previous steps have been completed.

PAYMENT COMMITMENT LETTER

You must submit a payment commitment letter duly signed and pay the first installment.

GRADUATE ENROLLMENT

You get access once enrolled.

CURRICULUM

The Master’s Program in Innovation Management focuses in four training paths: quantitative analysis, management, research, and innovation strategy. It comprises 24 subjects taught during 12 months (hybrid learning modality).

Professionals seeking to strengthen their academic training through a global perspective on the business world; analytical and proactive young leaders with problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and a drive for innovation.

APPLICANT PROFILE

  • Non-certified copy of the valid National Identity Card (DNI) or Alien Registration Card (ARC). 
  • Non-certified copy of the bachelor's degree registered in the National Superintendency of University Education (SUNEDU). Not applicable to Ulima graduates.
  • Resume duly signed with passport-size photo (JPG format, 240x288 pixels, 300 DPI minimum resolution, in front of a plain white background, no eyeglasses).
  • An academic or employment recommendation letter, or a work certificate from your current or most recent job.
  • Registration fee payment. 
  • Foreign language commitment letter, in accordance with the current university regulations.
  • One (01) Statement of Purpose, to be completed on the platform indicated by the Graduate School.
  • Once documents are submitted, the Admissions Office will send you an email within 48 hours to make the registration payment (350 PEN).

Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 in the Medium-Sized Enterprise category. Co-Founder of María Almenara—Peruvian bakery of major expansion and growth over the past few years. Founding member of the Committee of Restaurants and Related Sectors of the National Society of Industries (SNI) and role model in organizational transformation, technology and business data.

MARTTI, Lucía

Master in Digital Business from ISDI (Spain). Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima. Vast experience in innovation, transformation projects, ecommerce, business development (B2B and B2C), management of local teams, and teamwork with regional teams. She has served as Director of the Peruvian Association of Seed and Venture Capital (PECAP). Martti also worked in Telefónica as Head of Marketing and Digital Strategy and Head of B2B Transformation Projects. She is the current Manager of Open Innovation at Wayra Hispam.

SUI, Gustavo

BCom from University of British Columbia (Canada). Chartered Accountant from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). He took the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University (United States). CEO of Microsoft Peru and Director of Finance at Delta Air Lines. Gustavo currently serves as Director of Finance at Microsoft Latin America.
